Unggul Widya Sustainable Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Plantation Manager (Asisten Kepala PMKS) to lead the operational excellence of our palm oil plantation in Muko Muko, Bengkulu. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations of our plantation, ensuring the highest standards of sustainability and productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, including field supervisors, laborers, and support staff. You will work closely with our senior management to implement and monitor operational strategies, ensuring that our plantation meets and exceeds industry standards. This includes overseeing planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities, as well as implementing best practices for sustainable land management.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in plantation management, preferably in the palm oil industry. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Palm Oil Professional (CPOP) or Sustainable Palm Oil (SPO). Experience in leading teams and implementing sustainable practices is essential. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil plantation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of field supervisors, laborers, and support staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance productivity and sustainability.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Utilize tools such as GPS, GIS, and ERP systems for efficient planning and monitoring.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational data to senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plantation management, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Certifications such as Certified Palm Oil Professional (CPOP) or Sustainable Palm Oil (SPO) are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using GPS, GIS, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for plantation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
