As a Packaging & Labelling Specialist at Bactiguard, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and sustainability. Your daily tasks will include conducting feasibility studies, selecting appropriate packaging materials, and ensuring that all packaging and labelling processes are validated according to ISO 11607 and other relevant standards.

- Design and develop end-to-end packaging and labelling solutions for healthcare products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and select appropriate packaging materials.
- Validate packaging and labelling processes according to ISO 11607 and other relevant standards.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct training and support for packaging and labelling personnel.
- Monitor and improve packaging and labelling processes for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging and labelling, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Certification in ISO 11607 or other relevant packaging standards.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with packaging materials and their properties.
