📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the civil and road maintenance team.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities on roads and infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of work, ensuring it meets the required standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Manage and maintain inventory of materials and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and road maintenance, preferably in the mining industry.
