- Prepare and present cold dishes according to recipes and standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure efficient service
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Participate in training and development programs
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in the cold section
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
