🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing high-impact campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
