📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the achievement of branch collection targets and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Implement and monitor collection strategies to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of overdue accounts.
- Analyze receivable trends and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of receivables.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their collection and receivable management skills.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide regular feedback and support to the branch managers to improve their collection performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collection and accounts receivable management.
- Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
