📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures
- Support the Corporate Governance team in conducting risk assessments and internal audits
- Participate in the preparation and review of board materials and reports
- Conduct research on corporate governance trends and best practices
- Assist in the coordination of regulatory filings and disclosures
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Governance team
- Attend and contribute to meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Assist in the organization of corporate governance-related events and activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
