📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Perform detailed audits of financial records, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
• Work with the Audit Manager to plan and execute audit procedures, including sampling and testing controls.
• Prepare audit reports and documentation, providing clear and concise analysis of findings.
• Assist in the preparation of management letters and other communications related to audit findings.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and apply this knowledge to audit procedures.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff in auditing and accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in auditing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other auditing software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
