📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs and materials that are engaging and effective.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their performance and development.
  • Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure training needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
