📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
