📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity, and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.,Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand and appeals to customers.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
