Apotek Jaya Laundry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position located in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with POS systems and financial management.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
