  • Leading and managing automation projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing automation strategies and best practices.
  • Monitoring and optimizing automation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of automation.
  • Reporting on project progress and performance to stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project automation, with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering automation projects.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
