📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and patient satisfaction.,Manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.,Ensure compliance with all relevant dental and health regulations.,Monitor and manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Conduct regular training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a dental clinic setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.,Familiarity with dental software and practice management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
