RecruitFirst is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AML Reviewer to join our team in Bali. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, contributing to the financial integrity of our banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and a proven track record in reviewing and monitoring transactions to prevent financial crimes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough reviews of transactions and customer profiles to identify and report suspicious activities.,Develop and implement AML policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze trends in suspicious activities to improve detection mechanisms.,Provide training and guidance to junior AML staff on best practices and regulatory updates.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with AML standards.,Stay updated with the latest developments in AML regulations and industry best practices.,Manage and mentor a team of AML reviewers to ensure high standards of performance.,Prepare and present reports on AML activities to senior management and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML roles, with the last 3 years in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of AML regulations and standards, including FATF and local regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in AML software and tools, such as AML systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with banking and financial services industry practices and trends.
