📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install and maintain Glow Home products in customer homes.,Diagnose and repair any issues with the products.,Provide excellent customer service, including installation guidance and troubleshooting.,Keep detailed records of all installations, repairs, and customer interactions.,Stay updated with the latest product features and technical information.,Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.,Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical role.,Familiarity with Glow Home products and their technical aspects.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Proficient in using basic tools and equipment.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
