Zone Bay Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Handle employee grievances and disputes to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Manage the company's benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
