📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and value additions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive procurement strategy and execution.,Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
