📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure the quality and safety of construction.,Prepare and submit structural design drawings and calculations for approval.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the continued professional development of the team.,Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Professional engineering license or certification in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards, such as SNI (Indonesian National Standard).,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software, such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to travel to project sites as required.🛠️ Keahlian
