In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to management and support decision-making processes.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Monitor and control internal financial processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company or a large organization.,Proven experience in managing accounting functions and providing financial analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Fluency in English is a plus.
