📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and analyze specimens according to standard protocols and procedures.,Record and document test results and patient information accurately.,Assist in the maintenance of laboratory supplies and inventory.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality laboratory services.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical laboratory setting.,Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control measures.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment is a plus.
