📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and post job openings.Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during the recruitment process.Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.🛠️ Keahlian
