📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of junior officers,Ensure smooth daily operations and maintenance of the vessel,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational costs,Oversee cargo loading and unloading processes,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with maritime regulations,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and crew performance,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry,Valid Captain's License,Proficient in English and local language,Strong leadership and communication skills,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Experience with cargo operations and port handling,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with maritime software and navigation systems
