The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transport services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work to reduce costs where possible.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or needed repairs.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team as needed, including assisting with logistics and transportation planning.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
