📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with high quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment and work area.
• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to enhance the menu offerings.
• Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring accurate records are kept.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
