📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor warehouse safety and security measures, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in overseeing warehouse operations and managing staff.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety and security protocols in warehouse environments.
  • Ability to travel as required.
