📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Support the Store Manager in implementing retail strategies and initiatives to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly sales reports and forecasts.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain adequate stock levels and product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
