📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and minimize losses.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
