In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.,Support the recruitment team in creating and managing job postings on various platforms.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
