Pro Byte Group is looking for an Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will support the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
