📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist store managers in managing daily store operations,Ensure all store processes and procedures are followed,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Support the sales team in achieving daily targets,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in training and developing new staff,Prepare and maintain reports on store performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with basic retail software and systems,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
