📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.,Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and client interactions.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the construction and project management industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

CRM software proficiency (e.g.SalesforceHubSpot).Experience with project management tools (e.g.MS ProjectPrimavera).Knowledge of construction software and industry standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
