📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the daily security operations and ensuring the safety of the premises and employees.
  • Managing and supervising a team of security personnel.
  • Implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures.
  • Conducting regular security patrols and inspections.
  • Responding to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Maintaining and updating security records and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all security regulations and laws.
  • Providing security training and development opportunities for the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of security personnel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Good physical fitness and health.
  • Valid security guard certification or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
