Cloud Market Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Barista/Cashier to join our team in Parepare. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service, and is looking to take on a leadership position. As the Lead Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for managing our coffee shop operations, ensuring high-quality coffee, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers.,Manage the coffee shop operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and cash handling.,Train and supervise junior baristas and cashiers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-organized coffee shop.,Promote sales and upsell products to customers.,Monitor and report sales and operational data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers.,Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
