📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Maintain the restaurant's reputation for quality and service by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the company's standards for service and quality.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and budgets effectively.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
