As an Assistant Tax & Accounting Manager, you'll be responsible for managing tax filings, preparing financial statements, and advising clients on tax-efficient strategies. You'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles. This role is perfect for a professional with 5-7 years of experience in tax and accounting, ideally with certifications like CPA or ACCA.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage corporate tax and GST filings for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies and opportunities, helping them optimize their financial positions
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed
• Use SAP and Oracle to manage financial data, prepare reports, and analyze trends
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these targets
• Collaborate with the Audit & Assurance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in tax and accounting, with a focus on corporate tax and GST
• Certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience using SAP and Oracle is a strong asset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
